It's Just A Cold

It's Just A Cold is a short and sweet movement game about a little bacterium's journey to fully infect one hapless man and *ahem* finish the job, so to speak.
It features three levels set in three different body parts (nose/sinuses, stomach/bowels, blood vessels) with new mechanics introduced at each new stage.

The game was created in 24 hours by a team of three at the Game X.Press game jam 2025 for the theme "Evolution".

Both keyboard and controller input is supported, though controller use is recommended.
